What happens if the candidate leaves the company within 3 months?

If the candidate ceased to be contractually bound to you within 3 months following their starting date, you’ll have the possibility to request a credit from talent.io. This credit (amount of the paid service fees before taxes) is valid for 12 months from the last day the candidate work and is only applicable to future service fees. Refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
